Out of a Computer
My main computer is down again if you haven't been told.
Yesterday it was telling me that Second Life had file corruption and I should run Check Disk. So I did, and being the impatient little fuck I am, I got bored of it scanwning rather than leaving it alone and letting it finish, I turned off my computer via the power button and turned it back on. It then booted up with the Vaio screen, starting doing all this crazy shit and when it got into Windows, it told me log on failed and it restarted. After it restarted it brought up a screen that Windows failed to boot and to go into Start Up Repair.
Harley proceeds to go into panic mode, frantically texting Mistah J.
So tinkering around in Start Up Repair brought me no where. I tried Restoring the C: Drive, but without the repair partition (The one with Windows install files and such on it) gone from my fisasco of trying to boot XP and Vista together…in which you CAN’T on my computer, so what I did with that was Restore Windows from the Sony Vaio Repair Center thingjig my computer’s got on it… I did a Hard Drive Vertify And Repair. Turns out NO ERRORS on it, sooooooo Windows Fucking Vista is to blame.
System Restore is useless because I have no Restore Points.
Soo, when I came home from work, I called up Sony and said “I need Recovery Disks for a Vaio VGN-AR620E.”
